Keeping myself healthy
Hey, it seems that I'm recovering if not recovered. Hehee... at least all the major white spots are gone. Seems like I'm not as healthy as I deem.... hmm time for more fruits and veg and less carbohyrates and fats... no more fried food (at least the minimum... sigh...), no more spicy food (argh my curries), no more anything tat is deem heaty or poisoning in chinese...Sigh.... It seems better if I stick to fish and veg... as that will mean I cannot take sotong, prawns, crabs, chickens, ducks, muttons etcs... (at least have to keep minimum)
K, it seems to be a gd time to start making plans for more exercise. Think I should start swimming again and go gym for some cardio excercise. Get off my bum and burn off fat, increase metabolism and increase immunity.
hmm... wants to wait until I finish all my tests on the 23rd this mth before starting but if I postpone it longer I might not start at all... maybe it is all time management...
